Sliding & Cantilever Gates

These gates glide along the boundary, with no ground track needed for cantilever designs. Great for sloping and short driveways.

Electric telescopic driveway gates for homes in the South East

Telescopic Gates

These multi-panel sliding gates have two or more gate panels that slide on parallel tracks to overlap each other when opened.

Automated bi-folding driveway gates

Bi-Folding Gates

These gates fold in half as they open, needing half the swing space. Fast opening for busy and compromised entrances.

FAQs

Electric Gate Questions, Answered

Can’t find your answer? Ask Rory →

How long does the process take?

The timeline depends on the complexity of the design and the materials chosen. Typically, the process from enquiry to installation takes 6–8 weeks, but this will be confirmed during the consultation.

Which material is best for electric gates?

The choice of materials depends on your preferences and the property’s requirements. For durability and security, steel or aluminium are excellent options, while hardwood offers a natural and elegant finish. Composite materials are ideal for low-maintenance solutions.

Do you offer 24/7 remote management?

Yes! A small dongle fitted inside your gate board lets us monitor your system’s health, check safety alarms and, if a device fails, operate the gate remotely using hold-to-run.

Which areas do you cover?

Based in Hampshire, we primarily work with homes and businesses in Surrey, London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hampshire but we will travel for the right job.

What are the advantages of electric gates?

Electric gates provide effortless entry, enhanced security, and modern convenience. They can be operated via remote control, keypads, or mobile apps, and are designed to integrate seamlessly with additional security systems.

Do electric gates require planning permission?

In most cases, gates do not require planning permission unless they are over two metres in height or located near a public highway. We can advise on this during the consultation.
